TIBCO hereby announces its plans to retire the following products on January 31, 2012:

o    TIBCO Hawk® SmartSockets® Adapter
o    TIBCO SmartMQ™
o    TIBCO SmartSockets® for JMS
o    TIBCO SmartSockets® LiveDB
o    TIBCO SmartSockets® LiveWeb
o    TIBCO SmartSockets® Monitor
o    TIBCO SmartSockets® Multicast**
o    TIBCO SmartSockets® Multicast Developer**
o    TIBCO SmartSockets® RTserver Bundle  for HP NonStop Kernel
o    TIBCO SmartPGM™ FX
o    TIBCO SmartSockets® Rendezvous® Adapter
o    TIBCO SmartSockets® RTgateway
o    TIBCO SmartSockets® RTserver Bundle with Multicast (Unix/Win)**

**  Maintenance for non-multicast use of SmartSockets multicast bundles is not affected by this notice.

TIBCO will cease providing maintenance services for the above products on January 31, 2012.
Maintenance services for these products will continue in full force and effect according to the
terms of your agreement with TIBCO until January 31, 2012. As of February 1, 2012, your company's
maintenance services for these products will terminate.

During the retirement phase, TIBCO Support will continue to service these products as explained
in customer maintenance agreements. However, enhancements will no longer be made
to the products.

We encourage you to contact your TIBCO Account Executive with any questions you may have about this notice
and to find out about alternative support options or migration strategies, which may be available and
applicable to you.
