Please note the following notice does not announce the retirement of TIBCO Portal Builder, and does not affect its maintenance services.

March 31, 2009
TIBCO hereby announces its plans to retire the following products:
• TIBCO SearchPack
• TIBCO SearchPack Extension
• TIBCO PortalPack for Verity
TIBCO will cease providing maintenance services for these products on September 30, 2010.Maintenance services for these products will continue in full force and effect according to the terms of your agreement with TIBCO until September 30, 2010. As of October 1, 2010, your company's maintenance services for these products will terminate.
During the retirement phase, TIBCO Support will continue to service this product as explained in customer maintenance agreements. However, enhancements will no longer be made to the products.
We encourage you to contact your TIBCO Account Executive with any questions you may have about this notice and to find out about alternative support options or migration strategies, which may be available and applicable to you.
