TIBCO is officially ending support for release 5.3.x and prior 5.x releases of TIBCO BusinessWorks. This action will take effect on July 31, 2010. Although the 5.3.x and any prior 5.x releases of this product are already officially obsolete per our standard support policy, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product.
During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided. Defect corrections will be considered for critical defects with no workarounds.
Service Requests on 5.3.x and prior 5.x releases will no longer be accepted after August 1, 2010.
