TIBCO hereby announces its plans to retire TIBCO NetworkConnector™ for Ariba – SAP R/3 and TIBCO NetworkConnector™ for Ariba – Oracle.  TIBCO will cease providing maintenance services for TIBCO NetworkConnector™ for Ariba – SAP R/3 and TIBCO NetworkConnector™ for Ariba – Oracle on December 31, 2010. Maintenance services for these products will continue in full force and effect according to the terms of your agreement with TIBCO until December 31, 2010. As of January 1, 2011, your company’s maintenance services for these products will terminate.

During the retirement phase, TIBCO Support will continue to service these products as explained in customer maintenance agreements. However, enhancements will no longer be made to the products.

Service Requests on TIBCO NetworkConnector™ for Ariba – SAP R/3 and TIBCO NetworkConnector™ for Ariba – Oracle will no longer be accepted after December 31, 2010. Service Requests under investigation for these products will be closed as of the retirement date, December 31, 2010. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web to customers and partners beyond the retirement date.
