TIBCO hereby announces its plans to retire the following products:
• TIBCO RocketStream Server
• TIBCO RocketStream Station
• TIBCO RocketStream Client
TIBCO will cease providing maintenance services for these products on June 30, 2012. Maintenance services for these products will continue in full force and effect according to the terms of your agreement with TIBCO until June 30, 2012. As of July 1, 2012, your company's maintenance services for these products will terminate.
During the retirement phase, TIBCO Support will continue to service these products as explained in customer maintenance agreements. However, enhancements will no longer be made to the products.
Service Requests on TIBCO RocketStream will no longer be accepted after June 30, 2012. Service Requests under investigation for these products will be closed as of the retirement date, June 30, 2012. Existing RocketStream Support information will continue to be available from the RocketStream website up to the retirement date.
We encourage you to contact your TIBCO Account Executive with any questions you may have about this notice and to find out about alternative support options or migration strategies, which may be available and applicable to you.
