TIBCO is officially ending support for release 3.0.4 of TIBCO Spotfire S+FinMetrics, previously known as S+ FinMetrics .

This action will take effect on August 08, 2013.  Although the 3.0.4 release of this product is already obsolete per our standard support policy, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product.

Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://download.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. TIBCO’s Professional Services organization is available to assist with your upgrade. Please contact your TIBCO Account Executive for more information.

During the next 6 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Service Requests on 3.0.4 will no longer be accepted after August 08, 2013. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, August 08, 2013.

TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and existing hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Spotfire Support Web Site to all customers beyond the retirement date.
