Effective December 13th, 2014, TIBCO is officially ending support for release 4.5.x. This includes the following products:

•    TIBCO Spotfire Automation Services
•    TIBCO Spotfire Clinical
•    TIBCO Spotfire Developer
•    TIBCO Spotfire Professional
•    TIBCO Spotfire Enterprise Player
•    TIBCO Spotfire Qualification
•    TIBCO Spotfire Web Player
•    TIBCO Spotfire Server
•    TIBCO Spotfire Statistics Services Software
  
This action will take effect on December 13, 2014.  The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product.  Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://download.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Service Requests on 4.5.x will no longer be accepted after December 13, 2014. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, December 13, 2014.

TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and existing hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Spotfire Support Web Site to all customers beyond the retirement date.
