Updated Support Policy for TIBCO iProcess Decisions version 4.1.

TIBCO is officially ending support for releases 4.1.2  and any prior releases of TIBCO iProcess Decisions. This notice DOES NOT affect version 4.3.2 and later versions. This action will take effect on December 31, 2014.  The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://download.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. During these 9 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Service Requests on 4.1.2 and any prior releases will no longer be accepted after December 31, 2014. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, December 31, 2014. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from TIBCO Support Central and available hot fixes will continue to be available from the server mft.tibco.com to all customers beyond the retirement date.

Extended Support is not available.
