TIBCO is officially ending support for release 5.0.x (5.0.0, 5.0.1), 5.1.0 and 5.1.1 of TIBCO BusinessEvents and TIBCO BusinessEvents for z/Linux. This action will take effect on January 31, 2017. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (eDelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. During the next 12 months Support will continue to answer product questions, but we will not issue hotfixes to address any defects or enhancements.
After January 31, 2017 we will stop accepting Service Requests on version 5.0.x (5.0.0, 5.0.1), 5.1.0 and 5.1.1 of TIBCO BusinessEvents. Any Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, January 31, 2017. Our TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from TIBCO Support Central and all hotfixes on these releases will be available from the server mft.tibco.com to all customers beyond the retirement date.
