TIBCO is officially ending support for release 5.11 of TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks. This action will take effect on March 31, 2019 and will apply to BusinessWorks components including:
* TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Service Engine 5.11
The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, within the given time period, to a supported release of the product. For concerns or guidance related to this, please reach out to TIBCO Support. Check the TIBCO Software Product eDelivery Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com/) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.
Until March 31, 2019, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided. Service Requests on 5.11 will no longer be accepted after March 31, 2019.
TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and available hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server to all customers beyond the retirement date.
