TIBCO is officially ending support for release 6.2.x and prior versions of the TIBCO Spotfire Advanced Data Services product family. This includes the following products:
 

• TIBCO Spotfire® Advanced Data Services
• TIBCO Spotfire® Application Data Services for Oracle E-Business Suite
• TIBCO Spotfire® Application Data Services for Salesforce.com
• TIBCO Spotfire® Application Data Services for SAP BW
• TIBCO Spotfire® Application Data Services for SAP ERP
• TIBCO Spotfire® Application Data Services for Siebel eBusiness Applications

This action will take effect on January 31, 2017. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

During the next 9 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Service Requests on the releases being retired will no longer be accepted after January 31, 2017. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, January 31, 2017.

TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and existing hot fixes will continue to be available from the TIBCO Spotfire Support Web Site to all customers beyond the retirement date.
