Description:
TIBCO InCocert is not affected by the Poodle vulnerability. InConcert does not support SSL of any version for communication between InConcert server and clients. 
TIBCO Rendezvous is used as the communication layer and InConcert does not use any security protocols of TIBCO Rendezvous other than sending the data as an Opaque data type.
