If you receive the error shown below when trying to connect to a Dynamics CRM Data Source, it may be caused by an incorrect time zone setting for your Dynamics CRM User.
 
Error: The time zone ID ‘Coordinated Universal Time’ was not found on the local computer.

Resolution

In Dynamics CRM, make sure that the time zone settings are set to your local time zone for the CRM User that Scribe uses to connect to Dynamics CRM.
