Resolution
A per-hour limit gets reset/renewed at the top of the hour.
- The limit gets reset every hour Example: 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm ...so on..
A per-day limit, gets reset at UTC midnight.
- The limit gets reset every hour Example: 1pm, 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, 5pm ...so on..
A per-day limit, gets reset at UTC midnight.
