Description

In order to troubleshoot connectivity between Petrel/OpenSpirit Adapter for Petrel and the OpenSpirit shared services it is necessary to collect debug/diagnostic log files. Examples of non-connectivity could be:
  1. The OpenSpirit Data Selector cannot be launched from the OpenSpirit Adapter for Petrel via Petrel
  2. Events cannot be sent from the OpenSpirit Data Selector to Petrel.
In these cases, diagnostic or debug log files needs to be collected.
