Unable To Find TIBCO Scribe® Online Connectors After Installation

Description

TIBCO Scribe® Online Connectors are available for download from the Marketplace page in TIBCO Scribe® Online.  Each Organization in TIBCO Scribe® Online has their own installed Connectors that are separate from any installed in other Organizations where you are a member.

After installing a Connector, it may be unavailable from your Connectors drop-down list when creating a new Connection.  Try the following options to display the list of Connectors correctly:


Option 1


Confirm that the Connector was installed from the Marketplace.  Any installed Connector displays a green check mark on the Connector icon and an Uninstall button indicating that it is installed.

Option 2
 

If the Connector is installed but not visible when attempting to create New Connections, log out and log back into TIBCO Scribe® Online.  This refreshes the system and retrieves the list of installed Connectors.  Once logged back in, the Connectors should appear when creating new Connections.
