Description
When pasting text into a commentary box from external sources, you may find that you are unable to delete or edit the text.
Issue/Introduction
Unable to Delete Text from Commentary Boxes in TIBCO Nimbus
Resolution
This is usually caused due to a "protected" tag encoded in RTF (Rich Text Format).
It is possible to work around this issue by pasting the text into an application that does not support RTF (such as Notepad), and then copying the text form Notepad to Nimbus.
If you already have commentary text which you need to remove, it is possible to delete the commentary box, which will also delete the text. If for any reason your are not able to do this. Please contact TIBCO Support.
