This documents shows how to load cache for a procedure in Tibco Data Virtualization (TDV) after an upgrade.

Resolution:
Executing the procedure itself in Studio does not seed the parameter/variant. It must be called once from another procedure, view, or outside client, before it will be cached and show as UP.
Once the procedure is called externally, it will automatically load the cache and its status will change to UP.
