Error:ADD Failed: com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Failed to initialize the Common Language Runtime (CLR) v2.0.50727 with HRESULT 0x800705af. You need to restart SQL Server to use CLR integration features

Issue/Introduction
Unable to access MS SQL Server DB in TDV
Resolution
CLR had been enabled on their MS SQL Database as per their DBA, which should not have been. It is disabled to resolve the issue.
