Administrators or Authors may find that they are unable to change their password whilst logged into https://author.nimbus-cloud.com.

Unable to change cloud password

Resolution

There is a 24 hour "cooldown" period in between changing passwords. If you have changed your password within the last 24 hours, you will need to wait until the cooldown period has ended.
