Description
Customer found they are unable to connect to oracle datasource suddenly and throwing below error while trying to connect to Data base.
Unable to connect to data source "/shared/Projects/DataSources/Oracle" at ":10022@" with the supplied connection information. [datasrc-3961050] Unable to connect to data source "/shared/Projects/DataSources/Oracle " at "jdbc:oracle:thin:@(DESCRIPTION = (ADDRESS_LIST = (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST =11.1.1.1.1)(PORT = 10101))) (CONNECT_DATA = (SERVICE_NAME = aaaa)))". Issue/Introduction
Resolution
After analysing the error we found this could have been caused due incorrect class path or duplicate jars placed to access the datasource.
We could see there was a duplicate ojdbc.jar placed under <TDV>\apps\dlm\cis_ds_oracle\lib folder which has caused the issue.
After removing the jar and restart TDV server, datasource connection was successful.
