It is not possible to delete a contact; you can only make them inactive.
To make a user inactive:
1. Click on 'View' beside the user and then 'Edit'
2. Un-check 'Can Create Cases' and 'Support Entitled'
3. Click 'Save
The user will receiveĀ an automated email letting them know their login for access to the TIBCO Support portal has been deactivated.
In order to to have a user completely removed from your company view, please open a new case in the TIBCO Support portal or send an email to support@tibco.com for advanced assistance from the Technical Assistance Centre (TAC).
