Some customer’s might not be able to see the Salesforce plugin on the TEA console which they have installed in the Business works home even if they are able to see the salesforce plugin installed in the _installInfo folder under the BW home as showed below: -

Unable to find Salesforce plugin in the TEA console

Please follow the below steps so resolve your issue 
1. Restart the TEA server.
2. Please un-register and re-register the bwagent again with TEA Server.
3. Restart the BW agent.
