Description

Error:ServerError: Can't expand text column [-1]
column had unicode characters and CIS was unable to introspect that in CIS by throwing the error mentioned above.

Resolution

This is a bug in jackcess-2.0.4.jar code that can be found at apps\dlm\cis_ds_access_nonodbc\lib

As per the report the bug seems fixed in jackcess-2.0.7 and later.
