Description

After entering the credentials in Cloud Analyst Client, it will open a browser(Internet Explorer, by default) to authenticate the user but will not be able to access the TIBCO Cloud URL.

Refer to the attached screenshot for the error that will be displayed in the browser.

Resolution

This could be due to a proxy enabled in the default browser (ex: IE).  Proxy needs to be disabled for the browser in such a case or try setting another browser as the default browser that can bypass proxy settings.
