Description
User is not able to log into the Manager GUI from Internet Explorer when TIBCO GridServer Windows service is running as Domain User and Windows Authentication is enabled. Login screen keeps popping up, even when correct username/password is specified.
Manager logs shows following error :-
=== WARNING: [NegotiateSecurityFilter] error logging in user: The handle specified is invalid ===
User can log into Manager UI only when IP address is used in URL (for example :- http://10.x.x.x:8080). This issue is related to Negotiate vs NTLM protocols.

Resolution
Set Enable Integrated Windows Integration (under IE Menu : Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Security) to False.
