Description

When creating a New Analysis in the Business Author web client, there is no option to select MS Access database files.

Issue/Introduction

When creating a New Analysis file in Business Author, customer cannot open Access .accdb or .mdb files

Environment

Product: TIBCO Spotfire Business Author Version: All supported versions OS: All supported Operating Systems

Resolution

Access database files (*.accdb and *.mdb) are not currently supported in the Business Author client.  Data will need to be saved to a supported format or data source, or customer can use the desktop Analyst client to create analysis files using Access data and save files to the Library.
