Description
After deploying the BE project in BE-TEA , Users are unable to edit or update the Global Variables , its appearing as read-only.

Resolution
In TEA deployment it's required to enable checkbox "Service settable" to be able to edit and update the Global variables in TEA.
In TEA , The checkbox "Service settable" only will be used. GVs can be updated when this flag is enabled.
Note :The other flag (Deployment Settable) will be ignored and not used in BE-TEA.
Users should enable the checkbox "Service settable" in BE Studio and recreate the EAR and perform deployment in TEA to resolve this issue.
