Unable to write Polish special characters using shortcut commands in Spotfire 10.0

Description
In Spotfire Analyst 10, when you try to write Polish special characters ą and ż by using shortcut commands AltGr+A (ą) and AltGr+Z(ż), you see other functionality triggered and no special characters appear.
When pressing AltGr+A, the Visualization types flyout will appear.
When pressing AltGr+Z, it triggers "undo" action.
This is a known defect in 10.0.

Issue/Introduction
