Description
Issue: Windows security updates were applied to the TIBCO Scribe Insight server. Now, when opening a DTS package and trying to reconnect, the ODBC data source to be reconnected is marked in red. The following error displays:

- Uninstall Windows update KB4041690
Download and install the Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 Redistributable, and then modify the DB connection strings in Microsoft Excel to use ACE as a provider. Example: Change Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0 to Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0.
Issue/Introduction
After installing Windows update KB4041690, all Excel connections fail with error Unexpected error from external database driver.
