If you plan to uninstall TIBCO Scribe® Insight and reinstall it, first determine whether or not you want to save the information in the ScribeInternal database. This set of instructions assumes that you do not wish to save the existing database.
If you do want to save the existing database, make sure you rename the TIBCO Scribe® Insight server and internal database during the reinstallation process to prevent the installation from overwriting your current database. Best practice is to make a backup of your files. See
