Environment
TIBCO iProcess Engine 11.7.x All platforms
Resolution
Check the iProcess Administration Console (IPAC) is correctly configured in the iProcess Engine.
1. Update the file $SWDIR/config/ipac.properties Update the IP_ADDR line and replace 127.0.0.1 with the IP address or hostname of the iProcess server e.g. IP_ADDR=ipeserv1
2. Update the file $SWDIR/tomcat/webapps/ipac/config/ipac.properties.json Update the apiUrl line and replace 127.0.0.1 with the IP address or hostname of the iProcess server e.g. "apiUrl":"https:ipeserv1:8443/"
3. Tomcat must be able to locate to the iProcess swadm command. Add the directory SWDIR/util to the Windows / UNIX PATH environment variable
Restart Apache Tomcat via the "iProcess AdminConsole" Windows service or "ipac stop/start" commands on Unix after making the above changes.
