Updated Support Policy for TIBCO® Live Datamart version 10.1 and 10.0
TIBCO is officially ending support for release 10.1 and 10.0 of TIBCO® Live Datamart. This action will take effect on December 31, 2018. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. During these 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.
Service Requests for release 10.1 and 10.0 will no longer be accepted after December 31, 2018. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, December 31, 2018. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support application (https://support.tibco.com) and existing hot fixes will continue to be available from the product Support team to all customers beyond the retirement date.
