TIBCO is officially ending support for release 2.1 of TIBCO® Live Datamart. This action will take effect on May 31, 2019 for Live Datamart 2.1. Before this date, Support will answer product questions.

The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a fully supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade.

After May 31, 2019 no service requests will be accepted for 2.1 and any prior releases. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles for these products will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support application (https://support.tibco.com).

Extended Support is not offered.
