TIBCO is officially ending support for release 1.3.x of TIBCO LiveView™ Web (LV Web). This action will take effect on October 31, 2019.

The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a fully supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (https://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. 

During the next year, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.

Service Requests on 1.3.x will no longer be accepted after October 31, 2019. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, October 31, 2019. Available hot fixes and knowledge base articles will continue to be available to all customers with product maintenance beyond the retirement date.
