Updated Support Policy for TIBCO StreamBase® and TIBCO® Live Datamart 10.3.
TIBCO is officially ending support for release 10.3 and any prior releases of TIBCO StreamBase® and TIBCO® Live Datamart. This notice DOES NOT affect version 7.x. This action will take effect on June 30th, 2020. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to TIBCO Streaming 10.4.0 or later. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. During these 12 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.
Service Requests on 10.3 and prior 10.x releases will no longer be accepted after June 30th, 2020. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, June 30th, 2020. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support Web and existing hot fixes will continue to be available from the product Support team to all customers beyond the retirement date.
