Updated Support Policy for TIBCO® Streaming, TIBCO StreamBase®, and TIBCO® Spotfire Data Streams version 11.0
TIBCO is officially ending support for release 11.0 of TIBCO® Streaming, TIBCO StreamBase®, and TIBCO® Spotfire Data Streams.
This action will take effect on December 31, 2024. The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. Check the TIBCO Product Download Site (http://edelivery.tibco.com) for the most recent release when planning your upgrade. From the date of this notice Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided.
Service Requests on 11.0 releases will no longer be accepted after December 31, 2024. Service Requests under investigation for the releases being retired will be closed as of the retirement date, December 31, 2024. TIBCO Support Knowledge Base articles will continue to be available from the TIBCO Support website and existing hot fixes will continue to be available from the product Support team to all customers beyond the retirement date.
