Below are migration recommendations for customers who are considering upgrading to TIBCO Active Matrix Adapter 7.2.1 to interoperate with TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks (BW) 6

a. Customers considering upgrading from TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks (BW) 5x to BW 6x:
We recommend customers use TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for SAP Solutions with BW 6x.  For details migrating BW 5x projects to BW 6x, see the Migrating Projects section of the SAP Adapter user’s guide (https://docs.tibco.com/pub/bwpluginsap/8.2.2/doc/pdf/TIB_bwpluginsap_8.2.2_users_guide.pdf?id=1)

We do not recommend customers new to BW 6 use the SAP adapter and the Adapter Framework component with BW 6 because the Adapter Framework component is planned to be removed from the product.

b. Customers Using BusinessWorks 6x with TIBCO ActiveMatrix Adapter for SAP and the Adapter Framework component
We recommend customers who are currently using the SAP Adapter and the Adapter Framework component with BW 6 upgrade to the SAP Adapter 7.2.1 and continue to use the Adapter Framework component.
