Description
Some customers might encounter “BUILD FAILED
<BW_HOME>\bw\6.6\scripts\bwpostinstall.xml:1030: Java returned: 13 …” while upgrading from TIBCO Hawk® Microagent for TIBCO Activematrix BusinessWorks™ 6 v6.6.1 on top of v6.6.0.
This is due to the incorrect installation of v6.6.1 on top of v6.6.0. The libraries for v6.6.0 will be present along with the newly added v6.6.1 causing the discrepancies.

Resolution
In order to resolve this issue, uninstall TIBCO Hawk® Microagent for TIBCO Activematrix BusinessWorks™ 6 v6.6.0 and then install the new v6.6.1.
