Use of web-manager's Monitoring tab throws parser error.

Description
While selecting any of the consoles under the web Manager's Monitoring tab, the screen will not display expected results.
It will hang with the "Loading..." icon spinning endlessly, and this error will be displayed:
Service failure: ServerError: Unable to parse query text: Incorrect syntax near "SELECT", found " ". On line 1, column 7. [parser-2904201]

Issue/Introduction
This concerns a bug that manifests while using our browser-based Manager.
Resolution
This is a known bug beginning in v7.0.8.00.01.
A temporary workaround is to set the server's config item "Push Oracle query hints" to false if you can sacrifice the potential to use Oracle query hints in your queries against an Oracle data source.
This will allow the Manager consoles to function again.
This issue is committed to be fixed in a future hotfix, please reference bug# CIS-72356 to verify the fix in our release notes or you may contact Tibco Support for verification.
