Description
Users are not able to click on the Attachment icon in the web client and after Switching the language some of the attachment links disappear.
Issue/Introduction
This KB will help you to resolve not able to click on Attchement icon and in some of the Activity after language switch Attachements are missing.

Resolution
The attachment inaccessibility/not clickable is not an issue, this is a designed feature of Tibco Nimbus where we can set Language tags to the attachments. If suppose Document no.1 is attached to the Activity and its language tag is set to English(US) then this attachment link is only accessible when Map is opened in the English(US) language. If we switch the language to any other language then we don't see this Attachment link and if this is the only Attachment is present on the Activity and its language tag is set as English then we are not able to click on the Attachment Icon of the same Activity.
You can set/remove language tags as follows. 1. Open the reported map in the Author client. 2. Right-click on Activity where the attachment is present and select Attachment/links. 3.Select a specific attachment and navigate to Modify --> Advanced --> select "Language-tag" from dropdown.
Please note that if you want to access attachments in all languages, select the "Any Language" form dropdown.
