Description

If installing the TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for Large XML using a user which is not the user that performed the previous installations, the error as below could happen during the installation:

Issue/Introduction

Using different user to install TIBCO products could cause the installer failed to detect the TIBCO home

Environment

Product: TIBCO ActiveMatrix BusinessWorks Plug-in for Large XML Version: all supported versions OS: all supported versions

Resolution

The issue happens because the registry information to detect an existing TIBCO_HOME is based in the user's home, so only the same user can install into the same TIBCO_HOME.
Install the plugin using the same user as which is used to install the previous TIBCO products could resolve this issue.
