Description
The WELP service can fail in Lasso Enterprise when an anti-virus agent is scanning the Lasso Enterprise folder.
Issue/Introduction
This article describes one reason for why the WELP service fails in Lasso Enterprise and the associated resolution.
Resolution
You must create an exclusion on the anti-virus software to not scan the directory where Lasso Enterprise is installed. If Lasso Enterprise is installed on the C drive, you would create the following exclusion:
C:\Program Files\Log Logic\Lasso Enterprise
C:\Program Files\Log Logic\Lasso Enterprise
