Web Player Service fails to start or crashes while starting

Windows

Goto Windows Services and start the "CNG Key Isolation" (Keyiso) service
Ensure that the service is set to start as "Automatic" or  to "Manual startup type and running on triggered start" Refer to image CNG Key Isolation.PNG


The CNG Key Isolation service is hosted in the Local Security Authority (LSA) process as part of system cryptography support. The service provides key process isolation to private keys and associated cryptographic operations as required by the Common Criteria.
