Description

Users were able to schedule an analysis configuration in Webstatistica until the Active Directory username was renamed. After the user was renamed from jdoe to john.doe, the user could not longer schedule an analysis configuration.  

Below shows the "Run As" column as "[Unknown]":

Issue/Introduction

Active Directory user name change causes scheduled task to fail in WebStatistica if scheduled tasked were created with old user.

Environment

Windows Server 2008 R2 and above.

Resolution

1.  Remove all scheduled tasks under the WebStatistica with "[Unknown]" in the  "Run As" column:
Delete scheduled task with unknown in the "Run As" column
2.  Schedule the task again with using the new username.  

Additional Information

Using Windows API to pass through credentials to Windows Task Scheduler.  Windows does not update the user after a username change.
