What do I do if I get: 'HTTP Error 404.2' when trying to install the Web Server?

Description
The following is the full error:- HTTP Error 404.2 - Not Found The page you are requesting cannot be served because of the ISAPI and CGI Restriction list settings on the Web server.
Issue/Introduction
After installing the Nimbus web server I am getting a HTTP 404 error why is this?

Resolution
This error occurs when you have installed the Web Server and started the Nimbus services, however when clicking on the Web Server link the above error is displayed in the browser. Please use these instructions to resolve the error:- - Go to 'start', select 'Run...' and type: INETMGR then press 'OK'. - Click on 'ISAPI and CGI Restrictions'. - Ensure that the 'CtrlSAPI' has been added and the path leads to the Web Server is correct. - Right click on 'ctrlISAPI' and click 'Allow'. Please see the attached image on this solution called 'ISAPI and CGI Restrictions' for a screenshot. - Go to 'start', select 'Run...' and type: IISRESET then press 'OK'.
