If user is unsure of the the last hot-fix that is installed on a machine or if after a hot-fix Statistica installation is broken, here is the information that TIBCO needs to verify what hot-fix the machine has.

In scenarios where errors are observed specifically after deploying a hot-fix, it is critical to know which hot-fix was last installed. If the user is unsure of what hot-fix was last deployed in the machine, here is the alternate information that can be sent.

1. Launch Statistica in the machine where the hot-fix information is to be gathered.

2. Click on File >>Help/Support >>More Details

   

3.  In the About Statistica dialog that opens, select the Modules tab and click on Copy module summary information to the Clipboard.

         

4. Paste it in an email or text editor of choice (such as Notepad, Word) and send the file to TIBCO Statistica support
