During the Node Manager server monitoring, you can find "Spotfire.Dxp.Cef.Subprocess.exe" processes have been created in the Windows Task Manager(Refer to screenshot below) :

This process is generally created when editing and saving an analysis in either Web Player or Spotfire Analyst.

"Spotfire.Dxp.Cef.Subprocess.exe" process gets created per user. It's get created one per user and linked to user session.

These "Spotfire.Dxp.Cef.Subprocess.exe" processes are used by the Web Player to render visualizations.
It is also used by the Spotfire Analyst and you can see this process in the task manager of the Spotfire Analyst machine.

These "Spotfire.Dxp.Cef.Subprocess.exe" processes should go away(terminate) when the user session ends.
