Issue/Introduction
What is the TLS version used by Spotfire for communication when using HTTPS?
Environment
All supported environments
Resolution
The TLS protocol version chosen by Spotfire will depend on which version is enabled in the environment. If the environment has TLSv 1.2 enabled, Spotfire will use that as per the order of preference. Otherwise, it will move on to check TLS v1.1 and then TLS v1 as the last option.
