1. What is the "default configuration of CORE" for the Single-user license? 2 CORES?

There is no limitation on the number of cores used by single user Statistica, if the customer owns new bundles like Professional, Expert Manufacturing, Expert Data Science or Enterprise. For example, Statistica desktop application 13.1 will allow use of all cores available on the workstation and it is no longer licensed separately based on cores.

2. Is it possible to purchase "multi-cores" configured for Single-user license?

If the customer owns older licensing like "Statistica Advanced", they are limited to 2 cores. When they renew their term license or purchase perpetual maintenance, they will be migrated to the new bundles without any core limitations on Statistica.

3. (UAB) Ultimate Academic Bundle

UAB (13.2) license is without any core limitations as well, similar with other new commercial bundles including Professional, Expert Manufacturing, Expert Data Science or Enterprise.
